The conference brings together leading international academics and practitioners on GRB to discuss and reflect the state of the art of research and practice of GRB and to develop perspectives on further development of the research area and strengthen effectiveness of GRB implementation. The three focal areas for reflection and projecting forward are theory, methods and practice.
